FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes! We love spending time with our couples, even if it's only for a few minutes over the phone.

  • Right now, our team travels to Indy, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, Kokomo and everywhere in between!

  • Additional hours are $150/hr. If all hours are not used, there are no reimbursements given after the wedding. If you aren’t sure you will need all the hours, we recommend starting small and upgrading to a larger package.

  • At all weddings I have worked and weddings I have attended, I can honestly say not one person has said “I regretted having a coordinator”. Most times, it’s hard to juggle so many contacts and responsibilities on the big day, and most don’t want to give those responsibilities to a family member or bridesmaid. Even if you do not hire a coordinator, I strongly urge having an outside person to handle issues on the day.

  • Venue coordinators are very helpful! But sometimes our roles are different and there are some limitations to your venue coordinator. This would be a question to ask your venue coordinator and evaluate what services they offer through the venue.

  • Our team decorates and sets up/tear down the wedding, as well as assist with vendor management, timeline creation and execution, venue walk throughs, guest management, and much more.

  • Not yet, but stayed tuned and that might change!

  • Unfortunately we do not, but there are some great vendors that we have worked with! Just message us to get that list!

  • Unfortunately this is the only aspect of clean up that we don't do. We will put everything by the car and hand everything to someone to get into the car, but we cannot load them ourselves. This is a liability aspect and we would hate to ruin anything in your car!

  • If you are willing to put that responsibility on someone who will also want to enjoy your special day then absolutely. But we encourage a coordinator that can dedicate their entire attention to your day-like us, so your friends and family can join in celebrating you!

  • We offer set up and tear down only and some discounts. We are always willing to discuss finances so please don't hesitate to reach out!

  • While not every venue is created the same, it is highly unlikely that the venue manager will do the same services as a coordinator.

  • A coordinator is needed if you value seamless and hiccup-free time spent with your loved ones and new partner. Our team makes sure you never question if you should’ve gotten a coordinator for your big day!
